Our first promise and guarantee is that all coffees are roasted here, on our premises in small batches to enhance and preserve the complex flavors of some of the finest beans from around the world. All beans have been personally selected for you, our clients, and whether you come in via the web or stop into one of our cafes, you will find excellent quality in our coffee, service and atmosphere. !

Coyote's Cafe have been going green. All our paper and plastic cups are made from corn products that are %100 biodegradable. At our Terminal Ave. location we do not have garbage pickup. Everything from coffee grounds to plastic wrap is recycled.

Coyote's Cafe has been donating coffee for the past 3 years to our friends at the Heaven Society and the Crisis line. We would like to congratulate them on doing such a great community service!
